Thank you for reaching out to place an order directly with us. We take care of people as we can, on a first come, first serve basis. Please understand that demand is high and our first commitment is to our wholesale customers (stores and restaurants), and we send loaves to individuals after those commitments are fulfilled.

Please also understand that these loaves are baked with love, once/week. It is 7 days from the first leaven build until the loaves are baked. And that’s why they are so wonderfully delicious and easy to digest.

We ship loaves in packs of 8 or 16, via FedEx Home Delivery. We are willing to ship to the Midwest and East coast, and we do have happy customers there, but please know that FedEx will take up to 5 business days to deliver and we can only guarantee the loaves to locations where deliveries are made within 3 business days.
